The mission of MARCA’s Community Employment Department is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in finding fully integrated and long term employment. Along with MARCA’s vision, we want our individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We are able to assist them in every step of the way from the initial job search to successful employment. Our team is a combination of employment professionals with each of us having the same goal; for each person to walk through our program and come out successfully employed and feeling part of their community.
